By using the services of Doorstep Appliance Service (WELL CARE SERVICE), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide independent appliance repair services for Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, and Dishwashers. We are not authorized, endorsed, or affiliated with any appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

Service Charges

Diagnosis and inspection are provided free of charge
Repair charges are communicated upfront before work begins
You have the right to accept or decline the quoted price
Payment is due upon completion of repair
Prices may vary based on the specific issue and parts required

Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering parts and labor
Warranty covers the specific repair performed, not other pre-existing issues
Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by unauthorized persons after our repair
Warranty terms may vary for specific components and will be communicated at the time of service

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the appliance issue
Ensure safe access for our technicians to perform repairs
Be present or have an authorized person present during the service visit

Limitation of Liability

Doorstep Appliance Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
